Menu A - Three Courses
Entrée selection:

Main Course selection:
- Wild Barramundi Fillet Beer-battered or grilled, with lemon, tartare sauce, fries and tossed garden salad
- Grilled Warm Chicken Salad fillet of chicken hot from the grill, served on a bed of mixed lettuce with cucumber, grated carrot, red onion and fanned avocado
- Sirloin Steak Hormone-free steak from Morganbury Meats, cooked to the customer's liking with fresh mushroom sauce, crispy fries and a tossed garden salad
- Vegetarian Gourmet Pizza Rich Napoli sauce, semi-dried tomato, mushroom, red onion, green Spanish olives, our own basil pesto and mozzarella cheese
Dessert selection:

Menu B - Two Courses
Menu B offers the same selections as Menu A, but with either the entrée or dessert selections deleted to create a two-course menu.

Menu D - suitable for groups from India
We have had considerable experience in serving Indian clients and have found that adapting some of our dishes with different flavours and ingredients creates greater satisfaction than trying to emulate Indian cuisine. The different tastes and styles within India are so diverse that you will never satisfy all if Indian dishes are offered.
We know that many Indian customers prefer vegetarian foods, and that some such as Jains will not eat root vegetables and some not fungi. Limited budgets and time constraints also influence menus designed for Indian groups.
On arrival:
- Hot & crispy vegetarian canapés served with raita (yoghurt with cucumber, black pepper and garlic)
Main Course selection:
- Vegetarian Pizza With herb & tomato sauce, fresh assorted peppers, eschalots, chilli and green beans, topped with mozzarella cheese and drizzled with mint & coriander dressing.
- Spiced fillet of chicken can be added to the above pizza for non vegetarians. Our floor staff will advise the kitchen of requirements.

Menu E - Budget Gourmet Burger & Salad menu
This menu includes the most popular items from our regular a la carte menu, and is well received by Asian & North American groups.

- Cajun Chicken Burger Fresh chicken grilled with Cajun spices, served with cucumber yoghurt in a toasted bun, fries & a side salad

- Vegetarian Burger Organic falafel, chermoula spices plus garlic & cucumber yoghurt salsa, salad & fries

The following menu is a little more adventurous, and is suitable for Southern European/South American groups as well as other European and American customers. Unlimited bread rolls are included with this menu.

- Salt & Pepper Calamari Salad Tender New Zealand calamari sautéed with garlic & lime, on a bed of mixed greens and roasts with a vinaigrette dressing
- Anti Pasta on Tossed Salad Eggplant, capsicum, semi-dried tomato, olives, rockette, pesto & greens, with a grapeseed & olive oil, garlic and balsamic dressing
- Warm Chicken Caesar Salad with Avocado Breast of chicken seared on the grill, served on cos lettuce with crispy bacon, fanned avocado, croutons and our famous Caesar dressing
Main Course selection:
- Harissa Chicken Breast of chicken marinated in olive oil with coriander, garlic & chilli, char-grilled with middle-eastern spices and served on a bed of roasted capsicum, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes and greens, drizzled with a coriander, citrus & yoghurt dressing
- Seared Barramundi Salad Creole On wilted greens with fresh garlic & lime, oven-roasted cherry tomatoes, snowpea sprouts and red onion, drizzled with our organic pumpkin seed & balsamic dressing
